Oregon Rural Hospitals
 

  "Rural Hospital" means a hospital characterized by one of the following:

Type A rural hospitals - small & remote, have less than 50 beds, and more than 30 miles from the nearest

Type B rural hospitals - small & rural, have less than 50 beds, and 30 miles or less from the nearest

Type C rural hospitals - considered rural and have 50 or more beds

Type CAH rural hospitals - Critical Access Hospitals
